Whitney Lewendon has represented individuals and families with legal issues affecting the elderly and the incapacitated for more than 36 years. He counsels his clients about options when planning for their health, housing, finances and estate plans. Mr. Lewendon is frequently invited to speak about changes in the fields of elder law, Medicaid eligibility and protecting individuals’ rights to determine their health choices and financial management.
